This warranty policy reflects our commitment to ensuring that your investment in clean energy is protected.
Warranty Coverage
Standard Warranty Period
Lithium-Ion Battery Packs (EV & Solar): 3 Years from the date of purchase
LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) Battery Packs: 3 Years from the date of purchase
Battery Management Systems (BMS): 1 Year from the date of purchase
Lithium Battery Chargers: 1 Year from the date of purchase
Battery Cells (Individual): 6 Months from the date of purchase
Battery Holders & Accessories: 6 Months from the date of purchase
Battery Testing Equipment: 1 Year from the date of purchase (or as specified on the product page)
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This includes:
Manufacturing defects in battery cells, packs, or BMS boards
Premature capacity loss beyond specified degradation limits (below 70% rated capacity within warranty period under normal usage)
Failure of BMS protection circuits under normal operating conditions
Defective charger output or malfunction within rated specifications
Weld joint or connector failures not caused by external damage
