Delivering Energy to Your Doorstep
At Uttam Energy Solutions LLP, we know that when you order a battery, you need it fast and you need it safe. We partner with Frameship and other trusted logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries (export orders), please contact us directly at support@uttamenergysolutions.com.
2. Processing Time
Standard Products (in stock): Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom/Bulk Orders: Processing time may vary between 5–15 business days depending on order specifications. You will be notified of the estimated timeline at the time of order confirmation.
Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as displayed on the website during promotional periods).
For heavy or oversized items (large battery packs, bulk orders), additional freight charges may apply.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order through your tracking number provided by the delivery partner.
6. Packaging & Safety
Lithium-ion batteries require special handling during transit. All our shipments are:
Packed in compliant, shock-resistant packaging with adequate cushioning
Labelled with appropriate hazardous material markings as per Indian shipping regulations for lithium batteries
Insured for transit damage (for eligible products)
7. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
Damaged packaging or product upon delivery
Wrong product received
Missing items from your order
Failed delivery attempts
Contact us at support@uttamenergysolutions.com or +91-7942872618 with your Order ID, photographs of the issue, and a brief description. We will resolve the matter promptly.
8. Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery:
We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
If you choose not to accept re-delivery, a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
