Hassle-Free Returns
We want every Uttam Energy Solutions LLP customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is designed to be straightforward and fair. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
Damaged/Defective Products: Report within 48 hours of delivery
Wrong Product Delivered: Report within 48 hours of delivery
Other Eligible Returns: Within 7 days of delivery (subject to conditions below)
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet ALL of the following conditions:
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
All original packaging, labels, seals, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact
The product must not have been connected to any electrical system or vehicle
Battery packs must show no signs of charge cycling (our technical team can verify this through BMS data)
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided
3. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the nature of our products (lithium-ion batteries and electronic components), the following items are non-returnable:
Battery packs that have been installed, cycled, or connected to a load
Individual battery cells once removed from original packaging
BMS boards that have been wired or soldered
Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
Custom-built or made-to-order battery packs
Products purchased during flash sales, clearance, or marked as final sale
Battery testing equipment that has been powered on and used
3. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the nature of our products (lithium-ion batteries and electronic components), the following items are non-returnable:
Battery packs that have been installed, cycled, or connected to a load
Individual battery cells once removed from original packaging
BMS boards that have been wired or soldered
Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
Custom-built or made-to-order battery packs
Products purchased during flash sales, clearance, or marked as final sale
Battery testing equipment that has been powered on and used
4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@uttamenergysolutions.com or call +91-7942872618 with your Order ID and reason for return. Include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Step 2: Return Authorisation
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number if approved. Do NOT ship any product back without an RA number.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Clearly write the RA number on the outer package. Ship the product to our Noida facility using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Inspection & Resolution
Upon receiving the returned product, our technical team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. Based on the inspection:
If the return is approved: You will receive a replacement or refund (as per our Refund Policy)
If the return is rejected (conditions not met): The product will be shipped back to you at your expense
5. Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (defective/wrong product): We will arrange a free pickup or reimburse your shipping cost.
For all other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or specification:
Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions listed above.
The replacement product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Any price difference between the original and replacement product will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7. Important Safety Notice
Lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes. When returning battery products, please:
Do NOT ship damaged, swollen, or leaking batteries through standard courier services
If you notice any swelling, leakage, unusual heat, or smoke from a battery, do NOT ship it. Contact us immediately for special handling instructions.
