Geometry as engineering. The 72V 40Ah battery pack introduces a distinctive vertical form factor at 230 x 180 x 270 mm, purpose-built for vehicle platforms that utilise upright battery bays. The taller, narrower profile leverages natural convective physics: heat rises through the vertical cell stack, enhancing passive thermal management without requiring additional active cooling infrastructure.

At 20 kg, the pack is lighter than several lower-capacity variants in the 72V range, a testament to the efficiency of the 4500 mAh NMC cells. Forty ampere-hours on 72 volts creates a substantial energy reserve for vehicles handling long routes, heavy riders, cargo loads, and hilly terrain. The motor controller always accesses the power it needs.

The BMS manages the unique thermal profile of the vertical cell arrangement with distributed sensors along the pack’s height. Five protection functions address over-voltage, under-voltage, overcharge, deep discharge, and temperature. A 6A charge takes roughly 6.5 hours. IP69 sealing and fire-retardant, water-resistant construction are integral.

A 36-month warranty covers the pack. Custom dimensions are offered. Built in India with an unconventional form factor that proves one shape does not fit all.
